Our founder, Zahid Abdullah, holds engineering and business degrees from DTU (Technical University of Denmark) and has deep roots in both Denmark and Pakistan. With his experience in global software leadership since 2001, we bridge people, processes, and technology.
Kenneth is CEO of TEO. With his many years of experience in the industry, both as a customer and a supplier, Kenneth has a strong commercial focus and in-depth insight into customer needs.
Zahid is a part of TEO's Board of Directors and is the contact person for selected customers. He founded TEO in 2006 and has been TEO's CEO until 2026. Zahid has worked with software development since 1993 and with Global Software Engineering & Management since 2001.
Mads is the chairman of TEO's Board and has extensive management experience in sales and marketing, as well as implementing new structures and strategies to drive profitable growth.
Claus is a member of the Board and has an extensive and valuable experience at the management level within the IT industry across Denmark, Scandinavia, Europe, and Asia. Among other relevant positions, he held the pivotal role of sales director at Fujitsu Siemens.
Jibran has extensive experience in the software industry; he is currently the Country Manager at TEO, where he collaborates with Danish customers and employees from Pakistan.
Azmat serves as the Chief Technology Officer at TEO. He is a computer scientist with over 20 years of experience in system requirements, architecture, and software development.
